At LookAtlas, we strive to provide the best service possible. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds based on your token usage.

Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date
- Your account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service
- The refund amount will be calculated based on your actual token usage
- Only one refund request is permitted per subscription period
Token-Based Refund System
Our refund policy is based on your token usage. We calculate refunds according to the ratio of tokens used versus your total token allocation.
Refund Calculation
Your refund is calculated using the following formula:
- 100% Refund: If you have used 0% of your tokens, you receive a full refund
- Partial Refund: If you have used 25% of your tokens, you receive a 75% refund
- Partial Refund: If you have used 50% of your tokens, you receive a 50% refund
- No Refund: If you have used 100% of your tokens, no refund is available
Example: If you purchased a $100 plan with 10,000 tokens and used 3,000 tokens, your refund would be: $100 × (7,000 ÷ 10,000) = $70
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you have two options:

Please include your account email, purchase date, and reason for the refund request. Our support team will verify your token usage and calculate your eligible refund amount.
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- We will review and respond to your request within 2-3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Exceptions and Special Cases
Please note the following exceptions to our refund policy:
- Promotional or Discounted Plans: Refunds for promotional pricing are calculated based on the discounted price paid, not the regular price
- Annual Subscriptions: Annual plans are eligible for refunds within the first 30 days, calculated on a pro-rata basis including token usage
- Free Trials: No refunds are available for free trial periods as no payment was made
- Account Violations: Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds
- Third-Party Purchases: If you purchased through a third-party platform, please contact that platform for refund requests
Cancellation vs. Refund
It's important to understand the difference:
Cancellation
Stops future billing but allows you to use remaining tokens until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued.
Refund
Returns money for unused tokens and immediately terminates your access to the service.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a refund after 30 days?
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. After this period, we cannot process refunds, but you can cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.
How do you track token usage?
Token usage is automatically tracked in real-time and displayed in your dashboard. You can view your current usage at any time before requesting a refund.
What happens to my account after a refund?
Once a refund is processed, your paid subscription will be terminated immediately, and you will lose access to any remaining tokens. Your account will revert to the free tier if available.
Can I request a refund for technical issues?
If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team first. We'll work to resolve the problem. If we cannot resolve it, you may be eligible for a refund regardless of token usage.
